Terms of use

Use the service only for a lawful transaction where each party has capacity and authority. Do not impersonate another person or submit information without permission.

The parties are responsible for names, addresses, item details, photographs and all promises they enter. Review and correct the complete agreement before signing or relying on it.

The agreement does not complete the Transport Malta change-of-ownership process, replace the vehicle logbook declarations and witness signatures, or transfer a registered vessel. Use the current Transport Malta forms and registry process separately.

EU eIDAS and Maltese electronic-commerce rules generally allow electronic evidence for an ordinary private agreement. A prescribed Transport Malta form, witness, original document, qualified signature or registry act keeps its own requirements.

Do not disrupt, probe, overload or misuse the service. Download and retain important records because temporary links and the questionnaire are not a permanent archive.
